We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s visual storytelling — crafting compelling content across social media, our website, and in-person showroom experiences. You’ll also lend support to our influencer, affiliate, and brand partnership efforts, helping to represent our brand and keep collaborations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute a strategic content calendar across all social media platforms.
• Create engaging photo and video content that reflects our brand identity and resonates with our audience.
• Host and produce Facebook Live sessions, bringing energy and authenticity to every broadcast.
• Photograph products for the website, marketing materials, and campaigns.
• Set up and style showroom mockups that inspire customers and showcase our offerings.
• Merchandise the showroom to optimize the customer experience and visual appeal.
• Stay ahead of social media trends and bring innovative, fresh ideas that differentiate our brand.
• Analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the team to align content with marketing and business goals.
• Motivate and energize the team — making the workplace fun while keeping everyone focused on results.
• Support influencer, affiliate, and brand partnership programs by assisting with partner communications, managing collaboration data, and processing orders as needed.
• Assist in meetings with potential partners, helping to represent our brand and communicate our values.
• Attend trade shows and collaboration events to support the brand, with occasional travel required.

• Experience managing or contributing to brand social media presence.
• Ability to support influencer, affiliate, and brand partnership programs as needed, including assisting with partner communications and collaboration logistics.
• Comfortable participating in or helping lead external meetings with potential partners.
• Able to assist with collaboration logistics such as managing partner data and processing orders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and collaboration events.
Preferred QualificationsThese are a plus but not required:
• Experience in visual merchandising or showroom styling.
• Background in photography, videography, or video editing.
• A passion for event styling and experiential design.
