Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the counter with product selection and purchases.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain organized and stocked shelves.
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or hardware sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, or industrial supplies preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
