A Day in the Life of an RN - Clinic Coordinator

The RN Clinic Coordinator plays a crucial role within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth clinic operations. Primary responsibilities include direct patient care through assessments, administering medications and vaccines, and performing various medical procedures as required. This role demands meticulous documentation and effective communication, acting as a liaison among patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. The RN Coordinator also supports the Clinic Nurse Manager in supervising staff, fostering an environment of professional development and teamwork. The position requires adaptability and a proactive approach to managing daily challenges, from scheduling to chronic disease management, utilizing electronic health records extensively to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Education and Experience

Required

• American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Minnesota RN license

Preferred

• Prior clinic nursing experience

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience as an RN. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
