This is an on-call position, meaning work hours will vary depending on weather conditions and workload. Responsibilities:Operate a snow plow equipped with ice melt liquid tanks Complete required paperworkPerform pre-trip inspection on work truck and equipment Remove snow in drive lanes and parking stalls Assist with snow removal, site cleanup, and other winter-related tasksOperate equipment safely (training provided)Follow directions and work efficiently with the teamMaintain safety standards on all job sitesRequirements:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Be able to pass a pre-employment drug testMust be available on short notice during snow eventsAbility to work outdoors in cold weather conditionsDependable and punctualMust have reliable transportation to and from our shop Schedule:On-call, as needed during the winter monthsMust be available during weekends and holidaysShifts can varyPay:Competitive — based on experienceSupplemental PayServices ranging from lawn care maintenance and design, to asphalt care and snow removal.
