Key Responsibilities:
Identify and treat turf and landscape plant issues and diseases
Maintain and apply fertilizers and chemicals to lawns, landscapes and trees
Manage and track daily route and product consumptions
Perform daily maintenance on equipment and tools
Prepare solutions in a safe manner to provide appropriate application rates
Administer correct handling, transporting, storage and disposal of chemicals
Prepare and submit daily reports of chemical applications
Seasonal on-call snow removal as needed
Desired Skill Set:
3 years of direct experience in commercial fertilizer application role
Must have active CO and OP licenses granted by the Idaho State Department of Agriculture
Great communication skills both verbally and in writing
Demonstrates ability to lead and follow instructions
Advanced computer skills and database knowledge
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
Capable of passing a pre-employment drug screening
Work Conditions:
Ability to work with power tools, wire tracers, two-wire systems and control boxes
Capable of lifting 50lb repetitively throughout the day
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Able to work for 8 hours 5 days a week
Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
