In this role your main focus is installing and maintaining annual flowers, during the slow period of this job, you will transition in our landscape maintenance team.
Detail Overview of Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain flower material
- Maintain and water installed projects
- Use hand tools, rakes, shears and shovels
- Monitor irrigation systems on site
- Work well with other team members
- Drive to and from job sites, with other team members
- Work in various outdoor working conditions (hot, cold, rain, wind)
- Remove snow as needed
- Aid landscape maintenance team as needed
Desired Skill Set:
- Valid drivers license with a clean record is preferred
- Great communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Able to perform laborious job duties as required
- Able to walk for long periods of time
- Able to work standing, kneeling, stooping for long periods of time
- Demonstrates ability to lead and follow instructions
- Capable of passing a pre-employment drug screening
