Open Positions:
Groundsman
Groundsmen support climbers and crews on the ground by managing ropes, debris, equipment, and site cleanup. This entry-level role is ideal for someone physically fit, dependable, and interested in learning the trade and growing within the company.
General Responsibilities:
- Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other tree care equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and industry standards
- Assist with site setup, cleanup, and equipment maintenance
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Qualifications:
- Tree care experience
- Familiarity with tree climbing, rigging, or equipment use
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Leadership experience (Foreman role)
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
