We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized schedule to assist scheduling patients in multiple locations.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented remote scheduler to join our team. A qualified individual should be able to manage time effectively, work both autonomously and as part of a team, and provide top-notch customer service in a quick-paced, high patient-volume environment.
Job Functions:
· Coordinate scheduling patient appointments for all CESMG clinic locations.
· Manage appointment modifications, cancellations, and rescheduling requests with professionalism and efficiency.
· Communicate clearly with patients via phone or electronic messaging regarding appointment details, directions, and pre-visit instructions while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
· Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure that patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner.
· Ensure compliance with HIPPA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED
· Previous experience in medical scheduling within a healthcare setting.
· Proficiency with EMR systems, computer platforms & applications, including Microsoft Suite
· Strong, professional verbal & written communication skills
· Ability to work with diverse groups of patients
· Bilingual, English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
· Minimum 1-year medical experience
