Responsibilities
- Manage office tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Handle multi-line phone systems and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Support office management activities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with team members to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Qualifications * Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
