This is a full-time, on-site role for a 2nd shift Welder at Cutting Edge Steel, located in Dacono, CO. The Welder will perform welding tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to fabricate metal components. Additional responsibilities include interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, working with different materials, and ensuring final products meet quality and safety standards. The Welder will contribute to a team environment while maintaining a focus on precision, efficiency, and adherence to company safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding techniques
- Experience with various materials and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with welding equipment, safety protocols, and quality assurance in a manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Prior experience in metal fabrication or a similar role is preferred
- Certification in welding or related training is a plus
