What you’ll do
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information about services.
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation review and management.
- Accept payments for services and products.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate care plans and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle clerical tasks including filing, typing, and data entry.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting is highly desirable.

Job Type: Part-time
Base Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
