Cutting Edge Pediatric and Adult Therapy is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
  • Prompt and reinforce socially appropriate behaviors using evidence-based ABA strategies.
  • Collect and document behavior data (e.g., ABC, frequency, duration, latency, interval recording).
  • Support and educate families and caregivers on behavioral strategies, reinforcement techniques, and early intervention principles.
  • Monitor client safety and promote a positive, supportive environment.
  • Assist with toileting and diapering while maintaining client dignity, safety, and following care plans.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and the interdisciplinary team by participating in meetings, documenting client progress, communicating treatment updates and in-service events/training workshops.
  • Promote a positive public image and advocate for clients and comprehensive services.
  • Adhere to all clinic safety protocols and ethical standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Skill Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Active RBT certification is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Duties require extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Requires lifting, positioning, and/or transferring clients, including the ability to participate in physical activities and play-based therapies.
  • May be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
