Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs.
  • Prompt and reinforce socially appropriate behaviors using evidence-based ABA strategies.
  • Collect and document behavior data (e.g., ABC, frequency, duration, latency, interval recording).
  • Support BCBAs in training families and caregivers on behavioral strategies.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic treatment.
  • Monitor client safety and promote a positive, supportive environment.
  • Assist in educating families on reinforcement strategies and early intervention principles.
  • Provide verbal and written updates on client progress.
  • Participate in team meetings, training workshops, and in-service events.
  • Promote a positive public image and advocate for clients and comprehensive services.
  • Adhere to all clinic safety protocols and ethical standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Skill Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Active RBT certification is required.
  • 6 months of prior RBT experience is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Duties require extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Requires lifting, positioning, and/or transferring clients, including the ability to participate in physical activities and play-based therapies.
  • May be required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
