As an Landscape Estimator, you’ll:
- Plan, prepare and develop project estimates
- Manage client communications, service issue resolution, project management
- Create blueprints and portfolios for customers
- Organize, facilitate and lead to solve customer problems or concerns
- Create scopes of work for landscape installation teams
- Negotiate contracts and enhancements
- Earn new work through referrals from the existing customer base
- Responsible for maximizing work opportunities and achieving sales that meet goals
- Proven landscape estimating experience (3 years)
- Great communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Posses strong mathematical and grammatical skills
- Demonstrates ability to lead and follow instructions
- Advanced computer skills and database knowledge
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
- Capable of passing a pre-employment drug screening and background check
