What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone and email
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar
- Keep customer files, contracts, and job details organized
- Assist with invoicing, collections, and payment tracking
- Help monitor sales metrics and basic reporting
- Support coordination between the office and field teams
