Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license is REQUIRED
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- General construction knowledge is a plus.
- Must pass Basic Construction Math Assessment.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- High school diploma/GED REQUIRED.
- Ability to work in a team environment and get along with others.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to follow instruction and learn from constructive criticism.
- Must be able to list 50 pounds minimum.
- Must be able to do physical activity.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 7 am to 4 pm (typically between these hours but can vary)
Experience:
Construction - At least 6 months of professional flooring, concrete and/or construction experience.
Work Location:
Office/Shop located at 4767 Brecksville Road, Richfield, OH 44286.
Jobsite locations vary. Company vehicles will be used for transportation to and from the jobsite.
Primary responsibilities:
- Installation of both Epoxy & Decorative Concrete Floor coatings including: metallic epoxy, solid color epoxy, flake/mosaic chip flooring, stamped concrete overlays, concrete patch and repair, and more.
- Floor preparation - including diamond grinding and shot blasting, repairs to cracks and patching.
- Performing work on both small and large projects, both residential and commercial.
- Ensure & maintain strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
- Strive to meet and exceed production goals.
- Shooting for 100% customer satisfaction at all times. This includes satisfaction with your personal performance on-site including but not limited to: appropriate language, demeanor, participation in job tasks, and more.
Pay: up to $30.00 per hour (performance-based)
Expected hours: 35-45 per week
