Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our services, and driving sales in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Create and carefully manage monthly/annual account planning for existing and potential customers
- Maintain close working relationships with our customers to promote sales and customer service. Ensure our service offerings align with our customers’ wants and needs make and appropriate recommendations.Engage customers by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Develop and utilize effective sales tracking and customers relationship management practices
- Maintain high levels of services and technical knowledge; become a resource expert
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in training new staff on sales techniques and customer service best practices.
Experience
- 1 year outside sales experience
- OR 2 yrs customer service / inside sales experience with a tangible product OR recent grad with sales mentality.
- Comfortable talking to new people either face-to-face or over the phone.
- Experience with cash handling is a plus, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings.
- A strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively is crucial for success in this role.
- Goal oriented and self motivated.
- Must have reliable transportation.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
