Role Description The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations in Collinsville, OK, in a full-time role that combines on-site leadership. This role manages production activities, coordinates manufacturing schedules, and ensures that fabrication and assembly processes meet quality, safety, and delivery standards. The Plant Manager leads and develops plant teams, allocates resources, and monitors performance metrics to optimize throughput, efficiency, and cost control. They collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management to align plant output with customer requirements and project timelines. The role also includes maintaining compliance with regulatory and company policies, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and resolving operational issues to keep the plant running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Plant Management and Plant Operations.
- Strong background in Operations Management and Production Planning to coordinate schedules.
- Proven track record in Manufacturing Operations, preferably within industrial equipment, fabrication, or related sectors. Strong background in Shell & Tube and Air Coolers is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, procurement, and project teams.
- Prior leadership experience in a plant or manufacturing environment, including coaching and developing team members.
