Cutter Automotive Galleries with multiple franchises with both new and used inventory.
We are rapidly growing and we want you to be part of our success. Applicants should be driven and prior experience in wait staff, reception or customer service is preferred.
Hourly & Commission based on experience with available Monthly Bonus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive inbound calls for inquires on new and used vehicles
- Conduct outbound calls as directed by management.
- Maintain a friendly manner while answering inquiries from guests and providing related vehicle sales information.
- Maintain product knowledge and dealership vehicle inventory knowledge.
- Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Clear communication skills
- Must be energetic with a positive attitude
- Must have the drive and passion to be successful
- Must be a Team Player
- Bilingual a plus
- Computer experience in Outlook and Excel a plus
- Flexible schedule and able to work nights and weekends
- Strong grasp of grammar
- Strong multitasking skills
