Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Confirm and update customer information, appointment details, and vehicle status in our Dealer Management System (Dealertrack) and our online scheduling software (Xtime)
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring each customer feels valued and informed
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure smooth workflow and accurate scheduling
- Follow up on declined services, maintenance reminders, and warranty or recall notifications
- Track and document all customer interactions accurately for reporting and quality control
- Assist in marketing and retention campaigns to drive service business
- Maintain dealership standards for professionalism, communication, and brand representation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous BDC, call center, or dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication, customer service & sales skills
- Computer proficiency with CRM and scheduling tools (Dealertrack and/or Xtime experience a plus)
- Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Proficient with windows programs and general computer knowledge
- Typing 40-60WPM
Schedule: Full-time, including occasional Saturdays
Compensation: Hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses
