Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Dog Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who values teamwork, takes pride in their grooming skills, and is committed to delivering top-quality service to both pets and their owners. While there is an opportunity for career progression into leadership roles, we welcome applicants who are purely focused on their grooming craft as well. We offer both commission and hourly opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform breed-standard and custom grooming services with precision and care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Handle pets with kindness and patience, ensuring a stress-free experience
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practice

Requirements

• Professional grooming experience
• Strong knowledge of dog breeds, coat types, and grooming techniques
• Although this position is primarily for Dog Grooming, we are expanding into the cat grooming world as-well so let us know if that is in your wheelhouse.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining a positive and respectful work environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must provide 1-3 professional references
• Business hours are Tuesdays - Saturdays 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,963.00 - $76,009.00 per year
