Position Summary - FULL - TIME or Part-Time Job Openings
Fee for Service Clinical position is responsible for assessing and providing therapeutic services to individual clients and families and case consultation with involved parties as part of a small collaborative outpatient clinic.
Rate per hour is depending upon level of licensure.
Unlicensed or pending is $37 under 12 billable hours and $40 for 12 billable hours.
Licensed (LMHC or LICSW) is $41 under 12 billable hours and $46 for 12 billable hours.
Minimum Requirements for the Position
Degree: M.S.W , M.Ed, Ed. D. Ph.D., Psy.D or similar degree
License /Certification: LICSW or LMHC preferred (or eligible and working toward independent licensure)
Years and Type of Experience: Preferred 2 years post graduate experience
Other Skills or Requirements: Good verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative therapeutic approach, high quality clinical skills including trauma and attachment, a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements: visual acuity to written and computer screen data, manual coordination and dexterity in the operation of office equipment, and ability to drive a car.
Essential Position Functions
1.Provide assessment, individual, family, and group therapy services to assigned caseload as needed. Paid for all billable hours submitted within Credible EHR system by timesheet deadline.
2. Provide case consultation and case management services for clients. Regularly communicate with all involved parties and attend related case conference meetings.
3. Develop treatment plans for all assigned cases, and regularly maintain all required clinical records, and other paperwork in a timely manner including: initial treatment plan, progress notes, quarterly reports, and discharge summaries and other records as required by specific funding sources (Ie: MassHealth). and refer for medication consultation as needed.
4.Conduct intake evaluations as assigned. Assess client risk (including self-harm/suicide), risk and need of mandated reporting suspicions of abuse/neglect to the Department of Children and Families. Provide court testimony as required.
5.Attend regularly clinical supervision; attend weekly case consultation: present and discuss at case conferences for review.
6. Participate in shared weekend oncall rotation.
7. Maintain licensure (as needed) and relevant requirements and keep on file with agency. Follow guidelines of licensing board.
8.Adhere to Cutchins Programs for Children and Families Rules, Standards, and Ethics Policy.
9. Adhere to Cutchins Programs for Children and Families Privacy Practices.
