Role Description

Physical and Occupational Requirments:
- Although the work is largely clerical, candidates must be able to occassionally lift and carry at least 25 pounds. Candidates must be able to kneel, stoop and bend frequently.
- Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be insurable.
- Candidates must be able to be trusted with cash, trade secrets and other valuable property and therefore must pass a background check and driver’s report.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- Five or more years of experience in real estate accounting
- Understanding of accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
Time/Location Commitments:
- This role is envisioned to be hourly, with weekly commitment ranging from 20-25 hours (negotiable based on candidate's needs)
- This role is flexible on work schedule/hours
- This role may be performed with as a hybrid remote/in-office (negotiable based on candidate's needs)
