Responsibilities
- Showcase your flair for fabulousness by delivering hair cutting, coloring, and styling services that reflect each client's unique style and the latest trends.
- Use your color magic to create personalized hair color solutions that have clients bouncing in excitement!
- Elevate the glam factor with additional services like hair extensions to take the client experience to the next level.
- Keep everything sparkly clean by sanitizing tools and workstations to meet all health and safety standards.
- Master the salon management software to smoothly schedule appointments, keep client records in tip-top shape, and handle transactions effortlessly.
- Chat with clients to dive deep into their hair wishes and offer savvy recommendations on must-have hair care products and services.
- Shine bright by promoting retail products and upselling based on each client’s individual hair care needs.
- Maintain a chic and organized workspace that welcomes clients with open arms and good vibes.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning about industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service within a salon setting (your friendly vibe is key!).
- Proficiency in the latest hair styling techniques and trends (let your creativity flow!).
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to keep things safe and sparkling in the salon.
- Certification in cosmetology or barbering (you’ve got the magic touch!).
- Strong communication skills to connect with clients and collaborate with fellow stylists.
- Familiarity with salon software for managing appointments and inventory like a boss.
- Skilled in working with hair extensions and color theory (turning dreams into reality!).
- Experience in retail sales and upselling beauty products (helping clients find their favorites!).
Job Type: Commission
Pay: $18.00 - $65.00 per hour
