Service Center Representative

Cut N Dry Restoration is currently hiring for a full-time Service Center Representative to help our company grow by acting as the channel for conveying information to the property owner and other parties in the Rancho Cucamonga, CA area. You spend the majority of your time in the office on the phone or computer answering calls, confirming appointments, resolving issues, updating client information, and dispatching technicians. While dispatching technicians, you maximize their time and mileage. As needed, you update customers on any changes. You also ensure customer satisfaction by following up with clients after their services have been performed.
