Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles and specialized equipment in compliance with all safety regulations and operational procedures
- Transport personnel, materials, or equipment efficiently between designated locations
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment before and after use, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns
- Enforce security protocols by monitoring access points, conducting inspections, and maintaining a secure environment
- Manage conflict situations professionally, de-escalating issues while ensuring safety for all involved
- Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, or security breaches with clarity and accuracy
- Collaborate with security personnel and law enforcement when necessary to address incidents or emergencies
Skills
- Strong background in law enforcement or security operations with a focus on maintaining safety and order
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle tense situations calmly and effectively
- Exceptional customer service abilities to interact positively with team members, visitors, and clients
- Proficiency in report writing for documenting incidents, daily logs, and operational activities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating various types of vehicles or machinery is preferred
- Knowledge of security procedures, access control systems, and emergency response protocols
- Ability to remain alert during long shifts while adhering strictly to safety guidelines
