This position helps keep our projects running smoothly by supporting both the field and office teams. From picking up and delivering materials to keeping jobsites clean and organized, to assisting with day-to-day operations, this role is all about making sure our team has what they need to deliver a high-quality experience for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting Our Jobsites
- Delivering and picking up materials, tools, and supplies
- Performing regular jobsite checks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Assisting with jobsite clean-up and preparation
- Helping our field team stay efficient and focused on quality work
- Communicating jobsite needs or concerns to the Project Manager
Keeping Operations Moving
- Running errands to suppliers, dump runs, and other project-related needs
- Helping maintain organization of tools, materials, and shop areas
- Assisting with inventory and making sure teams have what they need
- Supporting coordination of deliveries and logistics
Helping the Team Behind the Scenes
- Assisting with basic office tasks such as organizing files, photos, and documents
- Supporting scheduling and general administrative needs
- Helping prepare materials for client meetings and project kickoffs

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 - 100 lbs
- Basic Smartphone and Computer Skills
- Read and write efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Construction experience
- Ability to safely drive and tow trailers

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
