The Slip Sheet Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently loading, unloading, and moving product using a forklift equipped with a slip sheet attachment. Essential Functions:

- Operate forklifts equipped with slip sheet push-pull attachments to load, unload, and transport products.
- Handle freight utilizing slip sheets in place of traditional pallets.
- Load and unload trailers while maintaining product quality and minimizing damage.
- Verify product quantities, lot numbers, and shipping documentation for accuracy.
- Perform inventory movements and replenishments within the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Stage, organize, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and customer-specific requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and warehouse standards.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities as needed.
- Collaborate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and quality personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating a forklift with a slip sheet (push-pull) attachment
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, bills of lading, and inventory records.
- Basic math and inventory counting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
- Ability to sit and operate material handling equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as business needs require.
Compensation
$22.00-$25.00
