Customized Service Concepts, LLC an Everon Company with offices in Londonderry, NH and Durham, Connecticut is looking to add to its service team in the Durham, CT Region. Reporting to Field Service Supervisor, the Field Service Technician is responsible for onsite troubleshooting and maintenance of Banking Equipment (ATMs, Interactive Teller Machines, pneumatic tube systems, cash recyclers and other forms of conventional banking equipment). Based on this responsibility the team member receives trouble tickets and service orders from a centralized dispatch team and is responsible to get the assigned work completed within a specific time frame (SLAs). The majority of this work is diagnostics and troubleshooting of ATMs and other types of bank equipment components based on component level repair or spare part swap. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of bank equipment services including experience in the following: vaults/safes; safety deposits boxes; drive up drawers; reading and understanding plans and wiring diagrams, etc. The technician will receive formal foundation training and all necessary equipment (tools, vehicle, laptop, customer software, test software and spare parts) to have a professional foundation to perform the following job duties and responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform both under time restraints and demanding customers a wide variety of standard tasks in the repair and maintenance of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) to include troubleshooting, calibrating, adjusting, testing, and maintaining equipment, components, devices, or systems such as cash dispensers, card readers, depositories, printers, disk drives and all components within the PC control unit and run all diagnostics and tests to restore ATM’s to be fully operational.
  • Responsible for safety deposit box cleaning, install, drilling, key duplication, etc. Install and program of locks including KABA MAS; time locks and mechanical locks. Clearing jams, repairing and installing driver up drawers, tube systems and cash recycler machines.
  • Maintains good customer relationships with all banking personnel. Demonstrates customer service philosophies regarding "Active Support vs. Reactive Support". Maintains quality measurements and overall commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Provides timely follow-up to customer concerns and requests.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate dispatch information (updated at time of call) and all administrative reports as defined by management.
  • Processes all service reports and work time records accurately and on time.
  • Plans and maintains spare parts levels based upon territory and customer requirements.
  • Maintains inventory control for service parts in vehicle and in depot facility on a weekly basis.
  • Drives safely at all times and obeys all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
  • Responsible for the integrity and security of company vehicle, tools, test equipment, proprietary software and proper documentation.
  • Participate in formal and informal training programs to increase skill and expertise.

  • Demonstrate quality technical, electronic repair and maintenance skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of intermediate electronic training program or 2-year degree from an electronics school preferred.
  • Specialized training on supported equipment and 2 years of progressive technical experience preferred.
  • ATM/POS network systems experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of driving
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:

  • 8 and 10 Hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday with rotating weekends
  • On call once a month
  • Weekend availability is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
