Salary range: An annual salary range of $150,000 - $170,000 is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience.

What You'll Do
Customers Bank is searching for a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our high performing Warehouse Lending team.
- Develop new business opportunities within the Southeast region for Warehouse Facilities, MSR Term Loans and Deposits offered by Customers Bank.
- Prepare Term Sheets and present opportunities internally and then present to clients.
- Manage existing portfolio of clients to ensure satisfactory performance and utilization.
- Prepare and present credit actions to loan committee in timely manner in conjunction with Credit team.
- Work with Operations team in all aspects of client relationship from new client training to ongoing training and performance.
- Meet departmental goals and targets as it relates to warehouse related loan and deposit balances.
- Relationship Manager will be overseeing business relationships in the Southeast Region of the U.S.
- 10 years of experience in the Warehouse Lending space.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse lending process and procedures.
- Formal credit training required.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills -- written, verbal with an ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional work ethic and attitude.
- Microsoft Outlook Office Suite.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools that support productivity, workflow efficiency, and client engagement.
