An annual salary range of $75,000-$90,000 is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience. What You’ll Do Design and produce marketing materials including digital ads, social media graphics, internal collateral, event signage, and presentations Collaborate with brand and content teams to turn creative concepts into visual assets Uphold and evolve the visual brand identity across digital and print Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign development Manage projects and timelines to deliver polished, brand-aligned work Prepare and package files for publishing and production What Do You Need? 4-5 years of design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance) Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and brand campaign work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) Familiarity with Figma or similar collaboration tools Attention to detail and strong sense of visual hierarchy A growth mindset, creativity, and collaborative spirit Technology Skills: Ability to work with the Microsoft Suite and learn/work with other Customers Bank’s applications What We Value Relatable: Clear, human, and helpful communication Authentic: Brand-aligned and thoughtful execution Collaborative: Team-oriented, respectful, iterative mindset Customers Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
