What You’ll Do
Assist the banking and credit teams with the underwriting analysis for new and existing deals including spreading financial statements, preparing sections of the deal memos and collecting monthly reporting from clients. Process loan advance requests for credit approval. Test covenant compliance, prepare risk ratings, prepare monthly borrower performance dashboards, and maintain credit files.

What do you need?
- Basic understanding/interest and/or previous job/internship experience in or around the venture capital ecosystem
- General knowledge of financial statements and financial modeling
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while taking a collaborative approach to problem solving
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, BBA, etc.) from four-year college or university
- Must be a team player, with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft office
