POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a part-time, office-based role at our College Station headquarters. We are looking for an entry-level candidate to join our Quality Assurance team, reviewing field rep reports and communicating with retail store locations. We're looking for someone who can commit to a consistent 3–4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with morning availability preferred. Your specific schedule will be set based on project needs and your availability within our office hours of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.Hours will be scheduled based on project needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quality Assurance review of reports submitted by field representatives on assigned projects
- Outbound phone communication with retail stores to gather additional information on displays, product placement, and merchandising execution
- General administrative support and data entry
- Working within the QA team to accomplish high rates of success on Retail Service projects for our customers
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent output
- Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable making outbound calls and speaking professionally with store personnel
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Comfortable at a desk and in front of a computer most of the day
- Proficient typing speed
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- College degree preferred but not required
- Ideal for backgrounds in business, customer service, & marketing
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Casual environment in our College Station office
- Morning shift hours, M–F within our office hours of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Small business, close-knit environment with open communication among all levels of the company
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
