We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various technical disciplines, including machining, fabrication, and quality inspection. This role is essential in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

Duties

• Operates machinery on the line to produce resin liners, tops, and sinks;
• Operates machinery on the line to produce and cast resin liners, tops, sinks, and other related materials. (Environmental hot materials and chemicals);
• Mold pouring process;
• Assembly fabrication of tops. (Glue up and sink fab)
• Rework quality specialist. (Quality reviews);
• Reads job specifications and blueprints to determine machine adjustments and material requirements;
• Operates other miscellaneous equipment;
• Performs minor maintenance on molds and other related equipment;

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing, machining, or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and CNC operations is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, particularly in materials handling.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is advantageous.
