Job Description
The General Laborer will support daily recycling yard and warehouse operations by assisting with traffic direction for incoming trucks delivering recyclable metal materials, maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, and helping production teams with general labor tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with directing traffic for trucks entering and exiting the recycling facility.
- Help clean debris throughout the yard, warehouse, conveyor belt areas, and compactor zones.
- Sort and separate recyclable and non-recyclable materials.
- Support production and operations teams with general labor duties.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Report safety hazards or equipment concerns to supervisors.
- Perform additional labor tasks as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, landscaping, or industrial work preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and develop within the recycling and metals industry.
- Ability to work in an outdoor and industrial environment.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work safely and as part of a team.
