Local marketing services and printing firm seeks Shopify Fulfillment Specialist (ok to train). The Shopify Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for completing all digital press work in compliance with job specifications and quality standards. This person must fulfill orders in order to meet customer time requirements. In addition, he/she will perform daily and weekly cleaning and organizing of the warehouse (2,000 ft2). This person is vital to the overall customer service provided and will work closely with other team members.

Qualifications:

• Shopify, ShipStation, Big Commerce, Etsy, Amazon, Adobe Fulfillment, SalesForce, UPS, Fedex or some other online fulfillment tool is highly regarded
• High school diploma/GED with experience or vocational/technical certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail (must ship correct items to the right customer)
• Good mathematical skills (helps with measurements to ensure print lines up as intended for customer)
• Reliable attendance, punctuality and attention to workstation

Job expansion opportunities (skills)

• Solid understanding of photoshop and other design software a plus
• Desire to talk with some customers via chat / email about any requests and / or issues they have with their designs / results
• Make recommendations on improving productivity

Primary Responsibilities:

• Fulfill orders using Shopify (print labels for UPS/FedEx and fulfill in boxes) - this is the majority of time for the role
• Worked with Gorgias on Client Service activities (email)Get LTL orders ready on pallets (strap / wrap)
• Help with ordering inventory / inventory management
• Receive and restack inventory (2-3x per week)
• Get pickup orders ready for customers
• Help maintain clean and maintain equipment
• Clean and maintain warehouse operations (2,000 ft2 of space)
• Operations of Equipment - Black & White Digital Presses (40% of role)
• Ability to lift 50-90 lbs consistently through the day (push around even more with use of a pallet jack and potentially forklift later)
• Hit productivity targets and make recommendations to do so
• Comply with all OSHA safety requirements
• Role expansion opportunities: help using printer and laying artwork using Adobe (depends on skills, interest and performance)
