What You’ll Own:
From hiring to high-fives, you’ll be the go-to for all things HR:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
- Maintain HRIS systems and employee records
- Administer benefits, leaves, workers comp, and compliance programs
- Support a safe, engaging, and inclusive work environment
- Partner with leaders to foster strong employee relations and performance
- Manage key programs like 401(k), OSHA reporting, policy updates, and more
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree 5 years in HR (preferably in manufacturing or operations)
- Experience in compliance, benefits, recruiting, and employee relations
- Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, FLSA, and other HR laws
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- A true team player who can juggle strategy and day-to-day with ease
- Bonus: HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
