Position Summary:
The position of Tooling Technician will report directly to the Mechanic/Tool Room Lead and will work cooperatively with other team members to provide quality products to our customers in a timely, cost-efficient manner following all policies, procedures and protocols. This individual will communicate with team members as well as the Mechanic/Tool Room Lead daily.

- Provide complete, high level customer products/service and support for customers and other Custom Truck One Source facilities.
- Process requests of Mechanic/Tool Room Lead in an accurate and timely manner.
- Diagnose departmental issues and communicate issues with Mechanic/Tool Room Lead.
- Stay up to date on all procedure or process changes and utilize appropriate tools to improve process efficiency.
- Provide high quality workmanship.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with others who have operational inquiries.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
- Dexterity required to utilize power tools, and other tools required to do the job.
- Ability to work in a safe environment and respect those around you.
- Must be able to observe and interpret operational data.
- Ability to learn technical material.
- Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance.
- Ability to perform responsibilities at the designated site for designated hours as assigned, excluding holidays and vacation/sick leave.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Various projects as assigned.
- Limited knowledge of tool repair.
- Proficient with basic jobs like beading and working at the Parts Washer.
- Ability to work with simple tools without oversight and guidance while maintaining a high-quality standard.
- Experience working in a results-oriented, team environment.

Salary : $25 - $35
