Role Description
This is a full-time role base out of Lafayette, LA. The Construction Worker will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including foundation, grounding, shoring, and other construction tasks to support the build out of communication tower sites.
Qualifications
- Travel is a requirement and will be out of state often
- Ability to secure access to Federal, State, and Local government installations and facilities
- Proficiency in Masonry, Heavy Equipment Operation, and Grounding Installations
- Strong knowledge and application of Construction methods and standards
- OSHA 10 certification
- Physical stamina and capability to perform demanding manual labor
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures
- Teamwork and effective communication skills
- Relevant certifications or vocational training in construction-related fields (preferred)
- Previous experience in the construction or tower-building industry is an advantage
