Job Overview
We are looking for a versatile and motivated Design and Sales Coordinator to oversee multiple aspects of our business, including kitchen and closet design, social media and digital marketing, project management, and outside sales to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, B2B sales, and territory management, leveraging marketing and technology tools to drive revenue growth. As an integral part of our sales force, you will engage with clients across various industries, providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities

  • Create innovative and functional kitchen and closet designs that meet client needs and preferences.
  • Manage social media accounts and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our services and increase brand awareness.
  • Coordinate and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Develop relationships and generate new business through outside sales efforts and client consultations.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine marketing strategies, improve customer experience, and grow sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking
  • Manage a designated territory by developing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Conduct presentations to showcase Kitchen and Closet design solutions effectively
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize account value
  • Collaborate with owners to develop strategies for market penetration and brand awareness
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Track sales metrics, analyze market trends, and prepare reports for management review

Skills

  • Proven experience in kitchen and closet design or interior design. Experience with 2020, KCD, or other design software a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in outside sales or business development is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management
  • Ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations confidently
  • Excellent analysis skills for assessing market data and identifying new opportunities
  • Experience with inside sales techniques including cold calling and direct sales approaches
  • Knowledge of sales, upselling strategies, and management principles is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business through strategic management of territories and customer accounts
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
