Position General Summary
This full-time Quality Control position is responsible for inspecting all finished products for quality defects based off the manufacturing drawings and repairing as required. Will be responsible for filling out all proper paperwork for each enclosure along with taking pictures of the final product. The QC person will crate all finished products and get them ready for shipping to the end users.
If there is no finished products to QC this person will be trained in other area’s (equipment operation, welding, finishing, etc.) of the company to assist as necessary.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
1. Work in a safe manner.
2. Work under the general direction of the Production Manager as required.
3. Interact with coworkers to effectively complete tasks.
4. Participate in team meetings on an as needed basis.
5. Performs other related assignments as required.
6. Inspect all enclosures after fabrication is complete for defects.
7. Package and crate all enclosures for shipping.
8. Load & Unload crates/pallets using a Forklift
9. Assist with Shop Equipment as required (Laser, Press Brake, Etc.)
10. Perform all duties assigned by direct Supervisor.
