Manufacturing Maintenance and Electrical Controls Technician (3rd Shift)
Location: Findlay, OH | Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Pay: From $38.00/hour
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping manufacturing operations running smoothly? Join our team as a Maintenance and Electrical Controls Technician and take on a critical role in maintaining and improving our production systems.
- Key Responsibilities: Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and restore production
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and control systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Support facility upgrades and continuous improvement projects
- Maintain a safe, clean, and collaborative work environment
- What We’re Looking For:4 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting (RSLogix 5000 a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on the factory floor for extended periods
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a drive to learn and improve
