Custom Staffing is looking for an experienced Onsite Recruiter for our client site in Lima, OH. This position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact and support for field employees working at this client location. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, drive results, and excel in building and maintaining relationships with both clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate staffing needs and develop tailored services to meet evolving client requirements.
- Coordinate all activities to fulfill client needs, including recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for assignments.
- Oversee all support functions for field employees at the client site, such as timekeeping, payroll, orientation, and attendance management.
- Manage field employee performance at the site, including providing coaching, counseling, and handling any necessary terminations.
- Assist with new hire on-site orientation
* Qualifications *
- 2 years of experience in staffing and recruiting or similar roles; Associate’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office
