Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Owosso, MI. The Salesperson will be responsible for attracting new clients, maintaining long-term customer relationships, preparing and delivering sales pitches, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include supporting clients in identifying roofing solutions tailored to their needs, preparing project estimates, and collaborating with installation and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and building strong client relationships
- Understanding of commercial roofing systems and services such as flat roofing, spray foam insulating, and coatings (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to assess and identify customer needs effectively and propose appropriate solutions
- High levels of self-motivation, organization, and goal-orientation to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to address customer concerns skillfully
- High school diploma is required; experience in the construction or roofing industry is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
