Join our dynamic team as a Box Truck Driver and take on an exciting role that keeps deliveries moving smoothly and efficiently! In this position, you'll be responsible for safely operating box trucks to transport materials across various local routes. Your expertise in commercial driving will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
· Drive Company box truck to/from client facilities.
· Follow provided route and schedule to ensure timely client deliveries.
· Load and unload shipments, making sure load is properly secured before transport.
· Process packing slips and verify deliveries.
· Handle stock put-aways at customer sites which involves pallet jacking materials through the plant.
· Perform vehicle inspections, schedule maintenance and report issues to supervisor.
· Maintain friendly, positive relationship with client contacts.
· Operate an Industrial Lift Truck and Pallet Jack.
· Organize workspace to ensure areas are clean and tidy.
· Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
· Follow safe-working practices at all times.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Other related warehouse duties, as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year of experience driving 26,000 GVWR or larger truck, including docking. Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle record required. CDL preferred.

· Availability to work some overtime during the workweek and/or on weekends,
· Ability to remain in a stationary position constantly with frequent movement in and out of the vehicle and about Company and client facilities,
· Ability to position oneself to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
