Responsibilities
- Set up and operate M&R automatic screen printing presses
- Produce consistent, high-quality prints while maintaining production efficiency
- Dial in color, registration, and print quality with minimal waste
- Troubleshoot printing issues quickly and independently
- Maintain equipment and ensure presses are operating at peak performance
- Work closely with scheduling and production leadership to meet deadlines
- Train and mentor press assistants and junior operators
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Take ownership of quality from setup through final production
- 5 years operating automatic screen printing presses
- Extensive experience with M&R equipment preferred
- Strong understanding of ink systems, mesh selection, squeegee pressure, off-contact, flash curing, and production optimization
- Ability to consistently hit registration and maintain color accuracy
- High attention to detail
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Dependable and professional
- Leadership experience is a plus
