Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boiling Springs, SC, for a Bender Operator. The Bender Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC bending machines used in the production of performance automotive parts. The role involves reading blueprints, measuring raw materials, inspecting finished components for quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with production specifications. The operator will also perform routine maintenance on machinery and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. We bend 1/2in through 3 1/2in round (soon to be through 6in round).
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining CNC bending or similar machinery
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and work orders
- Experience in quality inspection and measurement tools, including calipers and micrometers
- Familiarity with machine shop operations and production workflows
- Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills for machine operation and documentation
- Preferred: Experience in automotive manufacturing, metal fabrication, or related technical training
