Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a General Laborer, located in Little Rock, AR. The General Laborer will perform a variety of tasks including setting up traffic control devices, assisting in the application of pavement markings, operating equipment, and conducting routine maintenance of tools and vehicles. The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience with equipment operation and basic maintenance
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and working in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of traffic control, safety protocols, and pavement marking procedures is an advantage
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- A valid driver's license is preferred
