What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paint Mixer (Automotive) and Distribution Associate position at Custom Paints Inc?
Custom Paints Inc is an innovative and growing custom paint company. We’re are a family-owned company that’s looking for a confident, enthusiastic individual with attention to detail to join our team.
This position will include mutable rolls including Mixing Automotive colors from a mixing scheme and distribution team, You will be required to assist in packing orders with attention to detail. You may be asked to help other team members with with other jobs when required. This job will require you to learn about our colors/products to ensure customers get the correct information.
Having a keen interest in the Automotive industry will be an advantage. Having experience in packing/shipping would be a benefit but training will be provided.
General Accountabilities/Duties: (Training will be given for all Dutie's)
- Mix colors, fill aerosol cans and build stock of our custom paint line.
- Packing orders with attention to detail: Must pay close attention to shipping address and what's listed on the invoice when packing,
- Booking out orders,
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently (e.g., lifting multiple 50-pound containers off of the assembly line; stacking products on pallets; pulling and packing for shipping).
- Appearance - Maintains a professional appearance appropriate for the daily activity,
- Upbeat and positive attitude!
- Punctuality and reliability is a must.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High school diploma
- Computer skills are essential
- Must have reliable transportation
Part-time or full time depending on the candidate and experience.
Salary is negotiable based on the candidate and experience.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
