Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. Duties
- Perform general landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Operate machinery such as excavators for larger landscaping projects and construction tasks.
- Conduct tree care activities including tree trimming and removal as needed.
- Engage in hardscape installation, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Participate in snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after each job.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating equipment and performing maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with lawn care practices, landscape maintenance techniques, gardening principles, and tree care is advantageous.
- Experience with construction or hardscape projects is a plus.
