Responsibilities
- In this position you will also be a carpenter and worker. You should be able to do the work, and manage those around you.
- Supervise and coordinate all phases of outdoor living projects.
- Manage daily operations of the crew, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of work.
- Maintain high standards of framing, material usage, and aesthetic.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all outdoor work activities.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and team members to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Lead construction projects from start to finish while managing crew management responsibilities effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to uphold quality standards; address any issues promptly.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in outdoor work environments with a strong background in carpentry
- Supervising experience leading teams

- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Prior experience managing construction projects is highly desirable.
